Not software. Aivara is a done-for-you service: we build your front office (voice agent, booking rules, follow-up, review collection, daily digest), we run it, and we maintain it. There is nothing for you to log into, learn or configure.

The three levels

The Front Door ($750 + $149/month) covers the essentials: every call answered, appointments booked, daily digest. The Office ($2,500 + $497/month) is the full front office for a growing business, with Priority Launch included. The Full Office ($5,000 + $997/month) is the highest level of coverage and support, also with Priority Launch included. Exact scope for each level is confirmed on your call before you pay anything.

Honest comparison
